Adidas just released another video along with their Sport Needs Creators campaign. View our previous blog about it here.
Instead of covering multiple sports like the last video, this time adidas concentrated on basketball and featured one of the brand’s top athletes, James Harden. We are 6 weeks into the NBA season and he’s averaging 28.9 points, 12.2 assists, 7.4 rebounds, and 1.2 steals as the Houston Rockets point guard. He remains one of the best players in the NBA.
Harden’s newest adidas basketball shoes, the Harden Vol. 1’s (also featured in this commercial) just released last week. Try to spot them in the video below.
Harden shows us that you have to be creative in order to change the game and make it great. If we all stopped being creative, basketball would not be enjoyable for the players or the viewers.
Sports Studio worked with Imperial Woodpecker and wardrobe stylist Lydia Paddon on this adidas spot. We provided all of the Houston Rockets and Cleveland Cavaliers customized uniforms, shooting shirts, basketball shorts, NBA Stance socks, Marietta High School uniforms, and the referees’ shirts and shoes. We also did some additional customization by adding team names and mascots to gear featured in this spot.
