As an extension of this campaign and in honor of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Aflac has launched a social media initiative to help fight pediatric cancer.
Harnessing the power of social, Aflac has promised to donate $2 for every Facebook share of specific duckprints posts, #duckprints tweets or retweets, and duckprints views or shares on Youtube up to $2 million from September to December.
Plus, by going to aflacduckprints.com users can nominate local heroes who have made an impact in the fight against pediatric cancer. The Aflac duck will be traveling around the country to honor these individuals. Duckprints merchandise is also available to purchase with proceeds going directly towards the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare in Atlanta, GA.
