If you were a superhero, who would you choose to be?
Would you want to be Spider-Man, and have the ability to climb walls and shoot webs out of your hands?
How about Superman, and have incredible strength and be able to fly?
How about Adrian Peterson? He may just be a superhero himself.
After all, Peterson returned from a torn ACL in under nine months and came within nine yards of breaking Eric Dickerson’s single season rushing record. Not to mention he guided the Vikings to the playoffs.
That’s pretty super-heroic.
In a new commercial for ESPN, Peterson is shown in the locker room reading a Wolverine comic book, while trying to make his case for the ESPY award “Best Comeback.”
In case you didn’t know, Wolverine has the ability to heal quickly from any type of injury or disease.
Sports Studio provided the purple jersey you see Peterson holding up in the locker room and a second purple jersey with Peterson’s #28, which was not used in the spot.
