This December, the NFL has launched a new campaign with the American Heart Association to promote their Play 60 Challenge. The goal is to encourage kids and teens to enjoy 60 minutes of activity a day to fight childhood obesity, and the onset of related diseases.
Play 60 provides teachers, parents, and students with training videos, a teacher’s guide to the month long challenge, an online progress tracker, and additional fitness and health resources.
