Well despite a 16 year age difference, the platinum selling recording artists Snoop Dogg (Broadus) and Wiz Khalifa (Thomaz) are going back to high school in their movie Mac and Devin Go to High School.
Not only did the herb-inspired duo team up for the film, they also got together to record the soundtrack, which yielded the laid back party-anthem, “Young, Wild and Free,” featuring Bruno Mars.
Sports Studio got the call from the video’s stylist, needing a custom jersey for Wiz Khalifa (most recognizable from 2010’s huge hit “Black and Yellow”) and we cut the rapper some nice threads for the single. Apparently, the jerseys were so well received that the stylist came back for two more Khalifa customs on top of the original two. And their positive reception shows through in the video, as Wiz’s jersey gets a ton of camera time.
In case you aren’t quite done living young, wild and free, here’s a behind the scenes video brought to you by Atlantic Records.
As always, here’s a few pics showing off our creative thread-work and stills from the video.
